ASIDE FROM REAL ESTATE INVESTER, James Bennett Is a REALTOR, construction contractor, and owner of a Top RATED WATERPROOFINg company, bennett WATERPROOFING. PRIOR TO A CAREER IN REAL ESTATE, Holly bennett held a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Homeland Security while working in the financial and legal sectors for many years. Together their combined experience lead to the creation of bennett investment group.
In 2015, while working for CACI at the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, Holly began working part time in the real estate industry with husband James. together they started purchasing, designing, and renovating many residential properties. Since that time they have bought and sold dozens of spectacular homes.
In just 3 years time Holly began fulltime as a licensed Realtor in 2018, alongside her husband james. together they manage bennett investment group as well as bennett waterproofing.
James and holly are Southern MD natives having grown up in charles county and Calvert County. they currently reside in Anne Arundel County and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. This area has so much to offer and the community is thriving. Some of their favorite things are music, boating, reading, and traveling. they love this Maryland Suburban area they call home.
